ZA/UM is a video game studio that in 2019 released the award-winning role-playing game Disco Elysium. The studio relocated to the United Kingdom in 2018 and has offices in London, Brighton and Porto. Currently, the team is composed of around 65 writers, artists, developers and producers from around the world.

As our Production Business Partner, your scope of work will see you:
  • Being responsible for building relationships with the business leaders and team members to establish efficient processes
  • Enabling the Company to achieve its goals, as well as providing financial insights and support through ongoing cost analysis.
  • Acting as a Business partner to Programming, Production, & Finance Teams.
  • Liaising with Programming & Production Teams to develop sound resource allocation processes in line with Company goals.
  • Responsible for budget preparation and challenging budget holders to ensure effective cost management.
  • Establishing processes for smooth management reporting in both Programming & Production.
  • Conducting production data analysis, preparing reports and presentations (in particular, HC and staff related).
  • Tracking project costs and driving project delivery.
Skills & qualifications:
  • Experience in gaming/TV production
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Keen to support all elements of the organisation
  • Experienced in data analysis/visualisation tools (e.g BPI) (advantageous)
  • Accounting/management accounting qualification (advantageous)
