Sales and Monetization Specialist

ZA/UM is a video game studio that in 2019 released the award-winning role-playing game Disco Elysium. We have offices in Porto, Brighton, and London but our team is spread across a number of countries around the globe. Currently, the team is composed of around 60 writers, artists, developers and producers.

  • Together with Management and Publishing Team develop lifecycle monetisation strategies for the business
  • Maximise and diversify revenue streams for full game, add-on and live services content
  • Contribute to storefront campaigns, promotions, offers to drive commercial success
  • Partner with the relevant teams within the organisation to implement systems and product features to deliver on monetisation targets
  • Provide insights on industry trends, competitor performance and customer behaviour to support decision making
  • Drive value from data analysis, including player data, model scenario outcomes
  • Build reports and dashboards to deliver insights to internal stakeholders
  • Create new opportunities in monetisation, deliver actionable recommendations
Essential Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in game monetization or economy design
  • Experience of PBI or similar data management, intelligence and visualisation tools; Excel proficiency
  • Collaborative, intelligent, curious and analytically minded spirit
  • Experience in data mining, data science modelling and statistical analysis is a plus
