This end user licence agreement (“EULA”) applies to and governs all use of DISCO ELYSIUM (the “Game”) on platforms including without limitation (depending on the purchase / transaction undertaken), PC, Mac, iOS and Android. This EULA also governs use of our website, where this EULA is made available on such site (the “Website”). The Game and Website may be referred to herein as the “Service”.

This Policy sets out the basis on which personal data will be processed by us.
